Abstract EN

The research tackled the availability of effectiveness of the United Nations (UN) mechanisms to protect Human Rights (HR), we presented its mechanisms emerged from its charter and its contractual mechanisms resulted from the international treaties.

Furthermore, we discussed the difficulties which constrain it )UN) to put these mechanisms into operation, with clarifying to its efforts to decrease those obstacles.

It is reached to that UN tolerate the main responsibility to protect HR.

But, basically, the countries should have the responsibility of making suitable arrangements to ensure the citizens having their rights through their legislations and their cooperation with committees, because this protection till now doesen’t appear in legal frame supported by enforcement mechanisms as in the European system.
