Nowadays, institutions are thriving to better the employees’ performance at the utmost throughout upgrading their efficiency and motivation for work by means of a number of leadership modes that correspond to the employees’ characteristics and the situation they are as well the type of work, Adopting the autocratic mode with disciplined employees who are less motivated for work in addition to the newly employed and putting into practice the autocratic and consulting mode with the occupational and scientifically highly qualified employees who are willing to work with motivation.

In the end, the free mode should be adopted with distinguished and highly qualified employee who are willing and strongly motivated to work.
