Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the contribution of information and communication technology in supporting the various dimensions of quality in four institutions (industrial and laboratory), and its pivotal role in modifying the work processes in order to improve product quality, increase productivity, reduce costs and perform its work efficiently and skillfully.

And high elasticity, in addition to identifying the differences in the perception of the study sample on the role of information technology and communication according to their personal characteristics (gender, age, educational attainment, number of years of experience and job location).

The main data of this study revealed that the adoption of information technology and communication to support the dimensions of quality can help organizations to improve their performance and achieve most of the dimensions of quality specified in this study, which will not lead to increasing efficiency and effectiveness of many processes within the institution Improve its performance.
