In front of the challenges faced by Algeria and the need for the collection of solid growth and sustainable requires the mobilization of allinternal and external resources to support the production and financing of programs and development plans, high lighting the importance of foreign capital as an important resource to fill the gap of local funding, as well as the supply of foreign exchange required for the transactions of foreign trade, especially imports from capital goods.
