The presence of the Algerian women in the various sector of work such as health sector, administration and mainly education sector which immensely attracts women, hides a sociological truth that is the penetration of women into various sectors of economic and social activity has not yet come beyond the scope of the reproduction of traditional jobs for women in the field of employment.

When women work, they do not go beyond their role as educators or mothers.

The Algeria woman's tendency towards this sector is usually influenced by the family and society in an unconscious or deliberate manner.

These trends represent a reflection of the social and cultural reality in which women were born.

However, this social image of women has started losing some of its importance in the value system thanks to their quest for education.
