Abstract EN

The subject of the articale can be summed up in certain points discussed in the analysis, which is the effect played by the political culture in consolidating the foundations of democracy in Algeria.

the analysis of this effect emerged when we have studied the role of the formation in the political culture and the relation between them, in addition we are trying to know the role of the democratical culture in framing the electoral process; and in the process of peaceful transfer of power; as well as through the study of this effect in Algeria we have studied also the relationship between political culture and different dimension: political; economic; social, and communication.
