Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the degree of practice of Faculty members of Social Sciences college at the Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic university of human relations as perceived by their students in the light of the variables of (department science , cumulative average and level of study).

The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach in his study using a questionnaire of (35) items that was distributed to a sample of (273) students from all departments and levels of study out of the (5200) students at the social sciences college.

The findings of the study revealed that the degree practice of Faculty members of Social Sciences college of human relations on the total score and all its dimensions had come to a high degree as the following :1- role models (3.79), 2-decision making participation (3.79) 3-encouragment(3.77), 4-humility(3.70), 5- justice (3.69), 6-co-operation(3.62).

The study also showed that there are statistically significant differences due to the variable of department science in favor of the department of history while there are no statistically significant differences due to the variables of cumulative average or level of study.
