Abstract EN

This study aims at identifying the attitudes of students’ management departement in the university of Constantine 2, and it specifies the reasons behind their absences, showing how the letter is relatively influenced by both variables of students’ gender and their academic level .The number of participants in this study is 173 students from the management dépatement in the university of Constantine 2.

A survey was used as a tool of investigation .It was divided into two parts, the first part reserved for personal information of the participants, and the second indicates four suggested reasons behind the student’s absences.

Answering the questions of the study was basically based on arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentages, and the T-test for two independent samples.

The results showed that the main reasons of absenteeism concerning the management students are related to the university, followed by the curricula, then academic staff, and at last reasons related to students themselves.
