Marketing is known with his different implementation, each one work to achieve the objects of the company and to serve the customer by foxing on the products that he needs in his usual life using special tools and materials, by practicing that concept in property companies, we find that the work of real estate marketing is the same work of usual marketing in other companies.

Adding arrangement to the characteristic of the product in these property companies.

By considering that the modern conception of marketing goes to the customer and search in his own needs and wishes, the property company has to adopt that concept in the real estate marketing and put it in the right position to achieve its objects and to satisfy the customer, indeed facing all changement in its market.

From that article we try to search in the role of marketing in the property company and the influence of real estate characteristics on the role and functions of marketing department.
