Abstract EN

This stady aims to now about possibility of applying sigma standars to improve the quality of higher education, case study of faculty of economic and commercial sciences and management sciences of university of skikda, we have used descriptive methode, by selecting a random sample(35)faculty members, we have designed a questionnaire as a tool to collecte data.

data were unloaded and result were analyzed using the statistical program SPSS, and after applying the study’s tool upon the sample, the results indicate, that we may apply each of sigma standars consesting on support for senior leadership, and continuous improvement, feedback, and human resources.

The study recomended, the recessity of working on incressing awareness and knowledge about six sigma methodology, and trying to make training sessions for faculty members about the subject.
