This paper aims to explore ways to achieve communication field to the child as a future wealth of the nation through the media, which has strengthened its position in the current social life of the growing sophistication of the technologies.

Which is what this study will try to show characterization and analysis in order to know reservoirs failure in developing countries and try to catch up with developed countries in achieving the right of the child communication.
