This study aims to diagnose the relationship between kids TV and education by examining the problematic of value presence and neutralizing it in child-oriented media content.

Then to discuss the forms of dialogue between child and television image according to the specificity of each age stage, in addition to highlight the TV experiences in the field of educational media, and finally to search for the educational message indicators on Al Jazeera Children's TV Channel as a promising Arab channel aspiring to raise and guide the Arab child.
