Abstract EN
The sovereignty subject under international development became one of the most controversial subject, where the law’s researchers are talking about a new kind of indications that are affecting the sovereignty of states, it concerns multinational companies and international economic institutions, which became putting pressure on states, forcing them to take certain decisions and orienting them towards imposed political and economic choices.
The emergence of the concept of economic globalization and its mechanisms has led to the emergence of what became known as the new colonialism, which is the pressure exerted by multinational companies and international economic institutions on the states, especially development ones, as the most indebted countries and most hosting international companies, thus it becomes clear that the mechanism of economic globalization has became a threat of the sovereignty, we note here that most multinational companies are Americans, the USA dominates IMF, world bank and world trade organism, which indicates the American dominance on the world in the light of what became known as neoliberalism.
