The content of the research focuses on how argumentation works in the ancient poetic text through a poem of "the Andalusian Ibn Shouhid " as a model of study.

In this paper we discussed the subject of the approach of argumentation and its deliberative origins in its theoretical aspects and directly related to research as a general from work of the study.

Then we raised the issues discussed in the research study and the most important is: - The argumentation in Ibn Shahid Rhetoric of judge Ibn daqwan is it argumentation apparent or is a hidden argumentation that does not Know the superficial aspect of the text.

- What techniques are used in the text of the poem? - How effective are these technique in achieving the poet’s goals of rhyming text? The answer to these problems was through a set of elements dealt with a research study and it is: The argumentation in the model image and the modeling techniques in Ibn Shouhid ‘rhetorical poem to "Judge Ibn Dakwan "through wich introduced two artistic techniques used by " Ibn Shouhid "for soundmaking model, technique of exaggeration in description and photography and technique of descriptions and conditions.
