Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the reality of innovation in Algerian institutions and its relationship to continuous improvement.

The theoretical concepts related to the subject were already discussed, And to attempt to analyze the relationship of correlation and influence between the independent variable in its dimensions represented by the stages of creative process and the elements of innovation in the institution on the variable represented by the notable progress , and to achieve the objectives of the study, 180 samples were distributed to a group of directors and heads of the departments of the institutions of study, which is represented in 14 economic institutions active in the west of Algeria.

The results of the study showed that there is an impact of the development of innovation on the steady advance.

Hence, the study concluded to provide a set of recommendations.

The most important is that innovation is not a coincidence or a miracle, but is a combination of efforts and regular training of individuals, thus creating the environment for marked results in the Algerian economic institution.
