Abstract EN

This study aims at identifying the role of using the queues models in improving the performance of Algerian enterprises.

To achieve this objective, the queue model has been formulated and solved by using quantitative methods for windows.

This study was applied in the Public Enterprise for Neighborhood Health in Biskra (Ahmed Kbaili Bin Ramadan) from 05/03/2017 to 30/04/2017.

The study presented an alternative model to improve the current situation in the enterprise under study, which contributed to the improvement of all performance indicators.
