Abstract EN

Globalization has resulted in new terms, including the so-called political governance, and the opinions and attitudes between the need to reflect the good governance of the Internal Reasons or external dictates imposed by global institutions in the context of privatization and debt rescheduling.

This study aims at finding out the contribution of the Algerian women's elite to the embodiment of good governance by studying the role of their components in the presence of women in the state, women's in the private sector,and women's in civil society.

- Achieving good governance requires effective feminist participation in the making of public policy through the adoption of decision-making positions and the management of state affairs, especially in light of the qualitative gap between men and women in Arab countries, including Algeria, which made women in a low political, economic and social compared to men.

- The qualitative gap between women and men in Algeria is the result of several factors, the most important of which is the supremacy of the patriarchal system resulting from the family.

- The issue of Algerian women can not be separated from the achievement of good governance in the midst of the various problems experienced by Algeria, especially poverty, deteriorating living conditions (poor productivity and low rates of development).

Thus, the participation of women through the private sector is a necessity for achieving development and thus a clear contribution to one of the most important good governance factor’s.
