Abstract EN

There are many opinions about modern political thoughts for future , trying to draw a map of strong powers in the world and one of these thoughts is the conflict with civilizations.

Both of these phenomena search for future and western civilization.

It is important to mention that Islamic civilization has special place and clear effect through its conditions.

The first theory deals with (civilization dialogue) which looks to Islamic civilization as good example for the sake of making the it to be everlasting because Islamic civilization is active and able to be treated with all ones that had vanished inside them , whereas the second one (attack civilization)looks that the Islamic civilization will be a basic reason to fall western one and that will be a conflict with in future but, its results will be a basic for developing history because Islamic civilization has developing bases and the ability of leading the world in other time.
