The purpose of SCO is –for a regional counter Tashkent used achieving cooperation in the fields of political, security, economic, commercial, cultural, networks, transport and energy, adopting many terrorism –er strategies to solve problems such as countries border, countand drugs.

From this stand point more focusing on the law system and the organizational structure of the organization that is where he process of building the organization, And for the work gradually in tpurpose of contributing to the removal of what is shrouded in obscurity, guided by the Charter of the Organization and the agreements attached to to get to the it and compare it with other international organizations conduct comprehensive law research of the organization.

We divided the research into eight sections the first focus on the history of the organization.
