Abstract EN

The role of one party will in the modifation termination or of tourism contract in iraqi law the tourist contract is one of the most important contracts that regulate an important activity in our lives which is tourism.This contract raises many problems because of the lack of a proper legal regulation in the Iraqi law.

It is acompound contract that consists of many contracts in which difficult occurs modification or termination of that contract by one party (the tourism company or tourist) because of the difference in the nature of this unnamed contract.

Then, we will work in this research to determine the nature of the tourism contract , which is an introduction to decide the power of the modification or termination of that contract.

This termination or modifation adangerous step will aeffect the interests of the party who doesnot want this termination or modifation.
