متطلبات و معوقات تطبيق التخطيط الاستراتيجي في الدوائر الحكومية : دراسة تطبيقية في ديوان محافظة النجف الأشرف

Abstract EN

The purpose of this research is to identify the strategic planning in government offices.

Also to determine the requirements that enable government offices to apply strategic planning and obstacles that limit the application of it, and what is the suggested solutions to overcome those obstacle.

It was relying on a sample of (79) respondents from the original sample which it was (92), represented assistants advisers, managers of departments, officials divisions and their assistants in the office of the province of Najaf.

To achieve the objectives of this research the descriptive and analytical approach was adopted by using the questionnaire form as a tool of collecting data, information and analysis using the (spss program V 20).

After statistical analysis the research concluded that there is a weakness in rate of interest in the adoption of the strategic planning process by senior management in the Office of the province of Najaf.
