Abstract EN

The present research attempts to discuss the grammarians' opinions in answering the following question: is it permissible for the measuring of the plural of plural, or is it sufficient for what is stated about it from the Arab? The research consists of three sections: in the first one, the researcher deals with the opinion of Al-khaleelibn Ahmad Al-Faraheedi and his student Sibaweh.

In the second one, the grammarians' opinions who came after Sibaweh are presented; they were two groups: a group that totally prevents the measuring of it, and a group that allows the Analogy with conditions, and in the third one the researcher studies this subject according to the opinion of the academy of Arabic language
