Abstract EN

This study seeks to identify the level of social liability of the Palestinian universities stuff board effectiveness towards the students with special needs .

Also it aims at identifying the effectiveness of several study variables such as gender, qualification and years of experience by distributing a 29- item of four domains questionnaire and fifth Likert scale among 68 individuals chosen randomly.

For achieving the study purpose, the four domains questionnaire of ( social, psychological , educational and obstacles facing students with special needs ) has been gathered, codified, entered the computer and statically analyzed by using the statistical package of the social science (SPSS).

The study showed that there are no statically significant differences at (α = 0.05) about the level of social liability of the Palestinian universities stuff board effectiveness towards the students with special needs attributed to the variables of gender, qualification and years of experience.

Several recommendations has been suggested included the necessity of enhancing the stuffs' proficiency and awareness towards the social liability at the universities in addition to expansion applying the social liability on another society sectors and conducting further studies in the same subject
