دور القيادة التحويلية في تمكين العاملين : دراسة ميدانية على مصنع أعلاف فلسطين في محافظة طولكرم

Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the relationship between the transformational leadership in its fourth dimensions (ideal effect, inspirational stimulation, intellectual stimulation and humanitarian considerations) with employees empowering, a case study on Palestine Fodder Plant.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical research methodology, and the population of the study was the employees of Palestine Fodder Plant in Tulkarm governorate which was 260 employees.

A questionnaire had been used to gather information from a sample size of 50 employees.

The main results of this study: the manager should be aware of the problems that face employees, and to declare the process of applying the change and its effect on the employees and the plants, also the manager should deal with all employees equally.

And the researcher recommended that the manager have to be aware of the important of the human relations with the employees to maximize the affiliation of the employees, and encourages the managers to delegate authority to employees, involve them in decision making, offer financial and technical facilities for changing and establishment of training workshops to merge managers with employees.
