Abstract EN

We show that the Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, focused on giving women some of the political and social rights such as the right to vote and to be elected to the Iranian legislative councils and the establishment of the mass organizations and some other rights, to start in 1961 and even in 1963, when he needed to support the "white revolution" announced by for publicity for his regime and the threat to the West as the other in the way of social, economic and political reforms, and has seen years of the sixties and seventies of the last century, an increase in the entry of women into the various fields of work, as well as their participation in political, social and economic activities, and are competing the man of her brother in these areas.

However, the procedures and generated wide reactions among Iranian society which was considered as a deep and procedures were not aimed at changing the essence of the social perception of women as they are immediate actions seeking to paint the character of western Iran
