Abstract EN

The research discussed the case of the Shiite in terms of their start, the doctrinal content and the political, social and religious activities from Almasody point of view in his book "MuroojAldahab and Ma'adinAljawhar".

The contents of his book is tackled in an objective comparative way and through which the researcher has reached the main similarities and differences between Almasody and the other historians and writers of the Islamic doctrines.

The researcher is concluded with a brief outline about the concept of Shiite in the works of the modern writers.
