This study aims to identify the Salahi Bimarstan Awqaf ط Jerusalem, which was established during the reign of Saladin in 585 AH / 1192 AD, and based on the in the reeords of the Jerusalem Sharia eourt during the tenth eentory AH / sixteenth century.

BimarstanAwqaf varied between the houses, shops, tanneries, a^cultaral land and some of the other facilities, and in light of this, we will learn about the types of the transactions made in the investment of Awqaf in many ways; such as currencies during the stody period, and the people who rented the properties ofBimarstan.

The study examines the quality ofjobs for the management of Awqaf and the nature of their fonctions and powers.
