Abstract EN

The paper aims to affirm that the right to development is a Human Right.

It is emphasized by many international regional Human Right Documents, examples taken are: The American Declaration to the Right and Duties of Man, The European social Rights, and the African Charter on Human and people’s Rights.

They all stressed the importance of the right to development.

But the international situations did not give enough guarantees for the perception and adoption of the Right to development, a matter which needs to be highly pursued and resolved.
