Abstract EN

Economic and social development success requires applicable the concept of partnership between the state, the private sector and civil society organizations.

The civil society organizations play an important role in achieving sustainable development, but it faces many challenges that require the practice of governance.

As a way of community organization method in social work dealing with macro practice (communities - institutions), thus it can contribute owned mechanisms in support the practice of governance.

Then can be formulate the current study problem: «What is the future vision for the development of community Organization Mechanisms in the Practice of Governance in NGOs? The aim of the study was to: formulate the concept of governance NGOs and identifying the internal and external determinants of the practice of governance, determine community Organization Mechanisms in the Practice of Governance in NGOs, and formulate a future vision for the development of community Organization Mechanisms in the Practice of Governance in NGOs.

The study depended on a multi-systemic approach; inductive, deductive approach, and content analysis.

The current study is a predictive study because it seeks to formulate a vision for the future.

The results are; formulate the concept of governance of NGOs, and there are external and internal determinants that affect on the practice of governance, and reached to formulate a future vision for the development of community organization mechanisms in the practice of Governance in NGOs.
