Abstract EN

The research discusses what is called Arabic spring and its influences on the Arab region, which is the most tense area in the world, and within what is called are crisis .

Part of the region is included with the concept of rogue states.

The reason might b ascribed to what importance it has and a strategic and tremendous strong of energy.

The Arabic region entered into religious and racial conflicts which will lead to the division of the states into many dwarf states according to a new sykes-pico There are many factors that stand behind this autumn, such as Israel ,Oil, USA arm sales , its political influence ,its military presence , as well as Islamic political movements these spoil souls and resources.

The research includes: 1- War and internal fighting phenomenon.

2- Survey of political science in the Arabic area.

3- Geopolitics and the elements of achieving the ends.

This is divided into two parts .

first, external elements which involves : A- The new world order.

B- Globalization.

C- New Middle East.

Second, internal elements which include: A- Misunderstanding of Islamic , and backwardness
