Abstract EN

This research deals with the study of the issue of women's rights in the Qur'an, through clear Koranic texts in the determination of these rights in three chapters.

The first chapter deals with women's human rights, which include the axiomatic and commissioning rights, while the second chapter cared about studying the women's functional rights, which include family, economic and political rights, as for the third chapter, it reveals suspicions about women's rights and status in Islam and ward off these suspicions.

The summary of this research is that the Qur'an cared about the women's rights at all levels and ensured her full rights, enabling it to perform its role in the Muslim community in the best possible manner.
