This study aimed at investigating the effect of using the Eclectic Model in teaching mathematics on the achievement of sixth-grade students in mathematics and their mathematical self-concept.
A sample of (79) sixth-grade students was selected, and a random appointment was used to distribute them into two groups: an experimental and a control group which consist 39 and 40 student consequently.
An achievement test and a measure of mathematical self-concept were developed.
The results showed a statistically significant difference for the experimental group in each of achievement in mathematics and mathematical self-concept
