Abstract EN

This research aims to forward the role of strategic agility, which continents from four dimensions are: (planning, organizing , employees, and technology).

In order to achieve the entrepreneurial behavior, which continents from three dimensions are: (innovativeness, proactiveness and risk taking).

Therefore, the researcher selected a sample from Najaf hotels managers, which amounted to (42) manager.

Research hypothesis testing with SPSS program.

A questionnaire was used to collect the necessary data from a sample search.

The results showed that the entrepreneurial behavior of hotel managers can be promoted through the planning, organizing, extraordinary attention to the employees, and technology.

The recommendations of this research are concluded to need for the hotel management to recognize the importance of continued exposure to keep abreast of changes and developments in the business environment.

To achieve a growth and an expansion, which guarantees them abreast of the latest changes and provide new ideas for their services.

Then meet the tastes of visitors and overcome competitors.
