Abstract EN

The objective of the research is to introduce with the effect of a guidance program of social behavior for improving the behavior-self and personality-self amongst volleyball players for participated west clubs in the Iraqi premier league season (2012-2013) and the club are (Habbanya and Heet), the sample of the research consists of (30) players in the requested manner (Identified) which divide on two groups, each (15) players from each club, the first group (experimental) are from Habbanya players that the members were trained on the guidance program of social behavior by the ( Collective guidance), the program included 12 guidance sessions, the second group (not experimental) were from Heet club players that were continuing on the designated training program unit.

By exercising the second examination for a conjunct sample and two separated samples in spite of being some different analysis but the results were states some different statics for the interest of experimental group on the item of both fields (behavior-self) and (personality-self) with the mark (0.05) after receiving training on the guidance program.

On the basis of the research results some recommendations have been stated.
