Abstract EN

Kacli community has its own stereotypes that might he very specific for its ethnics, political principles, religions, culture or society.

Mohja Kahfs The Girl in the Tangerine Scarf Is a story that sheds light on some racial stereotypes of the American Muslims.

Muslim or American-Muslim writers deal with many stereotypes they have about the Americans, while they try to conquer their own stereotypes that siege them everywhere.

The studies of these racial stereotypes in any region identify the reasons behind many internal and external struggles among people.

Some minorities might change their ideology or thoughts trying to avoid being stereotyped in a racial way or ghettoized in a racial view.

Nowadays, Islam and its influence on the whole worldwide crisis becomes a sourceof interest in many studies.

Muslims are stereotyped in their thoughts and behaviors.

Kahafs narrative description of the life story of Khadra and her family living in Indianapolis passes through many stereotypes that have their effect on the family's life.

It is not only the Muslims' stereotypes that are presented in this paper; it extends to some other racist attitudes toward other religion* or ethnics.

Mohja Kahf and other authors display these conceptions in their works to give the reader a chance to understand the impact of such attitudes on the immigrant's life.
