This thesis which titled (The effects of the term of talaq which added to past and in the next tenses) as it has been seen the religion of Islam took cared of human cases, and one of them is Talaq, because it proses a family problem, when a problem happens between the husband and his wife, the case of Talaq in the past and the next is a sum of more than one case, and the Al-Shareas lowers talked about it so much, and it became a big problem between them.
