Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the role of human rights education program applied to schools, the international relief agency in Gaza in the development of some of the leadership skills of the students from their point of view.

The researchers used the analytical descriptive approach to the relevance of such studies.

The study sample also reached the 150 students, including 62 mail students, and (88) Female students were selected from the ranks of primary IX, who participated in the student parliaments.

Researchers have developed a questionnaire consisted of 40 items, divided into four dimensions.

We have had the results of the study highlighted the high level of the role of human rights education program applied to schools, the international relief agency in Gaza in the development of some of the leadership skills of the students as a percentage of (80.25%), which indicates a high level.

As stated dimension of the role of the human rights program in the development of teamwork skills among students ranked first percentage (82.5%) and in the second dimension to communication skills and communication rate (82.1%).

What happened to the dimension of critical thinking skills at the third place with (79.5%).

In the fourth and final place it has been allocated for after the problem-solving skills by (78%).

The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between the responses of the respondents attributed to the variable of gender differences.
