Abstract EN

The term «honor «in killing crimes because of honor is considered one of flexible terms that differ from one society two another.

This makes an expansion and widening in the criminals utilizing from the effects that result from honor motive whether its justifying our reducing excuse .

As a result, the law decree was made of the president of the Palestinian National Authority to cancel and modify some texts in the two penal laws applied in West Bank and Gaza strip .

This step was not included in an integrated plan but it was just a reaction caused by the pressure made by the centers of human rights .

In this study , we reached the incorrectness of the law decree mentioned be- fore .Also we reached the necessity of maintaining the reducing and equality of men and women in the utilizing of that excuse .

A group of other results and recommendations was reached in the conclusion of this paper also.
