Abstract EN

The importance of this research comes from the importance of the harmonic levels and their roles in the variety of the biological activities in the body such as regulating the mechanism of the vital organs, like cardiac, vascular, respiratory, and digestive systems, transporting and storing of energy in the body, that is in addition to the mineral elements which has a vital and important role in many biochemical functions despite their low concentration in the blood.

The problem of the research lies in what is considered using the advanced scientific theories in athletic training as a main and principal tool to influence the level of athletic achievement appropriate with the female athlete’s body organs and their abilities.

So they can take advantage of the positive effects in achieving the desired goal, in addition to avoiding its negative effects on the status of the female athlete.

This will help the coaches to take necessary actions so that the exercise (training) is appropriate considering the changes occurring during the menstrual cycle in female athletes.

Purpose of the Research: - Discover the changes in the level of the hormone, changes after aerobic effort in three periods of female students during their menstrual period.

- Discover the changes in the level of the hormone changes after aerobic stress in three periods during the menstrual period of female students.

This part includes the research approach.

The researcher used a descriptive approach in which the sample included 12 female students (second year – sophomore - students) from the college of Sports’ Education, University of Salahaddin, and Erbil.

Data and information gathering tools, instruments, and equipment have been used.

The researcher prepares a questionnaire form about the hormones and mineral salts chosen for the test.

And also a questionnaire form for the opinion of two experts about the suitability of the choice in physical test for the students’ level.

The researcher has conditioned the laboratory to maintain a 24⁰ C temperature, and the hormone(hormones including prolactin, testosterone, follicle, lute in, estrogen, progesterone, insulin) changes were measured in the plasma of the blood after the aerobic effort and after the break times, and the results were calculated using appropriate statistics methods.

Conclusion and recommendations: - The results of the variables that were studied in the first phase after the aerobic effort: this aerobic effort had an effect on increasing the concentration of each of the Lutein (LH), Estrogen, and Progesterone hormones, and decreasing in Insulin hormone, But this aerobic effort doesn’t have any effect in increasing the concentration of Follicle (FSH) hormone, - The results of the second phase were: the aerobic effort had an effect in increasing the concentration of each of Estrogen, Progesterone, and Insulin hormones, , And decreasing the concentration of Follicle hormone (FSH), But this aerobic effort doesn’t have any effect on decreasing the concentration of Lutein hormone (LH).

- The results of the third phase were: the aerobic effort had an effect in increasing the concentration of Lutein hormone (LH),.

But it doesn’t have any effect on increasing the Follicle (FSH), and Estrogen hormones also it doesn’t have any effect on decreasing the level of Progesterone and Insulin hormones.

- The results showed that there were significant differences among the three phases of the monthly menstrual period for Insulin hormone in favor of third phase favor of second phase after the aerobic effort immediately.

- There were no significant differences among the three phases for the variables (Follicle, Lutein, Estrogen, and Progesterone hormones, after the aerobic effort immediately.

The researcher recommends the following: - Study other variables for the female students during the monthly menstrual period because of lack of such studies in Iraq.

Like: economic level, calorie intake, nutrient levels.

- Doing laboratory tests of the blood for the variables after curing, and observing the difference between that and the test immediately after the aerobic effort.

- Doing other researches on the female students from sports Education College using Un-aerobatic effort
