Study peptides antioxidant activity were separation by ultrafiltration membrane 5MWCO from two hydrolysates shrimp by products preparation by enzyme alcalase and pepsin antioxidant activity tested by rang concentration 10 to 100mg.ml-1 .The highest antioxidant activity was peptides hydrolysate alcalase enzyme %53.67and peptides pepsin enzyme %41.19 peptides produces from protein hydrolysate by alcalase enzyme showed high values in another antioxidant testes ,the reducing power increase with concentration increase from 0.5to2.5mg.ml-1 was%124.11,%72.43 for enzyme alcalase and pepsin peptides respectively at 2.5mg.ml-1 .peptides preparated from alcalase enzyme recorded chelating ferrous ion %53.82 compared with pepsin enzyme %44.15 and have alcalase enzyme peptides scavenging hydrogen peroxide %97.01whil pepsin enzyme was,%87.41 at concentration 5mg.ml-1 ,ability of scavenging hydroxyl radical for two enzyme hydrolysate was %76.81,57.14,The ability alcalase enzyme hydrolysate peptide and pepsin enzyme wase %43.41,%32.69 for two hydrolysate at concentration 1mg.ml.-1
