دور معاملات النظام في تأثير درجة الحرارة على درجة الحرارة المميزة للنقطة الكمية (QD)‎ و طبقة الحصر البصري (OCL)‎ لليزر النقطة الكمية GaInAsP InP

Abstract EN

We study the effect of temperature on characteristic temperature for Quantum Dot (QD) and optical confinement layer (OCL), by use a theoretically relationships derived from the rate equations of quantum dot laser (QDL) model.

These equations were applied to GaInAsP/InP with 1.55μm wavelength .The role of many parameters was studied how to controlling of characteristic temperature of QD and characteristic temperature of OCL.

This is a function of temperature and determines maximum operating temperature.

So we found that the increase in values of: surface density of QD, optical confinement factor, reflection mirrors and the cavity length do increases of the characteristic temperature of QD and OCL.
