Abstract EN

This Study aim at Identifying The Factors affecting the achievement level of the working staff in the libraries of zakho University .

A survey and a questionnaire Were Used to collect the data.

Moreover, interviews , direct observation and Fieldworks were done by the researcher to the libraries under study ( the Libraries of the Faculty of Humanity , the School of language and the faculty of science).

The Samples Used were (31) of working staff in the Libraries under study (male and females).

the data were analysed by using (SPSS) Programs (Statistic Programs of the Social Sciences).

The researcher came up with the following results : 1.

The working Staff are not satisfied with their job in the three libraries libraries under study.

2.

There is a relation between working satisfaction and working achievement .the more satisfied the emplogee is ,the better is this achievement .

Working satisfaction contributes to increase the positive feelings and it is one of the important factors affecting the development of the human resources , the worker’s satisfaction reinforce their loyalty and their seems of responsibility and it leads to creative work and renewing The study arrived at the following recommend dictions: 1.

The administration should care about the library and work to develop it and to improve the work environment to rescue the insufficiency sides by providing a good working environment and the needed material for working .

2.

Pay riskiness allowance for the working staff of the library because they deal with a huge number of books and thus ,they are exposed to dust and soil which lead to Asthma and allergy
