Abstract EN

Throughout the familiarity of the researcher with the resources and scientific studies in the field of science of the physical training and swimming it was observed that the periodic training has a big impact on the level of swimmers in terms of the physical abilities because of the diversity of the intensity of these exercises when used by the trainers .

From here the research idea emerged and came into view in conducting an experimental scientific study regarding the method of the periodic speed increasing based on the foundations of the science of the physical training to show how much effect it is on the level of accomplishment for the free 50 m.

The research aims at the following :  Detecting the effectiveness of the method of increasing the speed in improving the values of a level of accomplishment in the free 50 m.

For the verification of the research aims the researcher set the following hypotheses :  There are differences of a moral significance in the values of accomplishment level in the free 50 m.

swimming between both tests (after and after between both controlling and experimental groups and in favor of the experimental group The researcher used the experimental method for its feasibility to the research nature and the method of the style exercise of the periodic speed increasing on a sample of the beginners category whose ages range (11-14) years for the selected beginners of Nineveh governorate totaling (16) players , who were chosen deliberately and were divided at random by lottery into experimental and controlling groups as (8) swimmers of the experimental group and (8) swimmers of the controlling group.

Both homogeneity and parity was achieved between the two groups of research in the following variations ( age , tallness , weight , training age).

The researcher has used the experimental design of both valent groups where the research sample was divided into two groups The implementation of the exercise style increasing speed took (8) weeks for two intermediate cycles or terms where the first and second terms ( courses ) would be made of (4)weeks , with load roll (3-1) and (3) training units in a week .

After the completion of the exercise style of the increasing speed Conducted research sample test achievement (50) M.

free were performed by following the procedures that were taken into consideration in the before tests.

The researcher reached the following conclusions : the most modern style exercise for the periodic speed increasing implemented by the experimental group was a development in the swimming of 50 M.
