Contributions of Al-Kawakebi and Al-Naeiny represent most important intellectual deal with the subject of despotisim, which demonited on the Arabic – Islamic political life in the nineteenth century.

Al-Kawakebi treated with despotism with though vision to reach a solution to fight this phenomenon, but Al-Naeiny wrote his book on despotism via addressing contemporary doctrinal.
