The phenomenon of terrorism consider one of the most prominent phenomena that threaten the community building and civil peace unless its causes and consequences were addressed and handled.

The interpretations for this phenomenon was mixed , some returns the roots of the phenomenon to the economic causes like inequality and lack of social justice while others returns the phenomenon to the ethnic and ideological conflicts.

Some political leaders linked the terrorist phenomenon with the policy of political power and the acquisition of power.

the terrorism is consider a complex and multidimensional problem and therefore the strategies that should be facing out this phenomenon should be complex and comprehensive and take all the appropriate solutions that touches all levels politically, economically and socially in order to tackling this phenomenon and eliminate it.
