Abstract EN

This article addresses the problematic relations regulating the lives of persons in the period of epidemics and spread of infectious diseases, where it comes quarantine, which is linked at the same time the state and its authority over the people in terms of concept and reality.

In this paper, we show briefly that the sociological approach of quarantine the most legality represented in multiple controls are derived from Islamic law and jurisprudence have medicinal dimensions, historical, and functional, where highlights the role of administration in the overall understanding of this mechanism.
