This study deals with the reality of public policy for housing in Algeria in the light of the growing needs of the population and the possibilities offered by the public authorities to cover the deficit in this field through a range of programs that try to combine the quantitative aspect to the needs of society and the qualitative aspect of the quality of achievement.
