The science of hadith is of the most important Islamic Sciences, it derives its status from the Sunnah itself which is the second source of Islamic legislation.

This science is linked to the need for rules and principles in order to adjust the novel of hadeeth because of the spread of lies and corrupt interpretable.

By these rules we can know the truth of Hadith, this has a direct impact on the entire system of Islamic legislation.

This research deals with the genesis of this science and its development.
