The study deals with the problem of the use of the majority of the majority, and how to understand the use of the weak by force, considering that the Tunisian country, which was living underdevelopment like other Arab countries and peoples, despite the Tunisian modernity and Tunisian Renaissance compared to many Arab countries, due to several factors and reasons, including friction and communication between Tunisians and Europeans Which resulted in the emergence of the Tunisian reform and intellectual movement between the 19th and 20th centuries, where the elite differed in Tunisia's modern social project.

Should the Tunisian nation take all that is western and follow it, or should we take the positive aspects and leave the negatives to build an advanced and developed society? This is what we can answer through the Tunisian elite thought in this study
