It’s a temporary agreement where time plays an essential role to index both parties, in addition to time, other basic factors are implied as price and the object of the lease.However, in terms of lease, the concept of the " period " also may be subjected to reconsiderations as well as the other statutory text pursuant to the legal decree 03/93 repealing the right of occupying the premises with keeping the concluded contract before its issuance under the previous law even after renovation, and this is the base point that provides a difference between laws
